The Ferrari 12Cilindri's cabin is highly digitalised, featuring a 15.6-inch curved digital instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch central touchscreen, and an optional 8.8-inch passenger display showing revs, speed, G-force, and other telemetry. The seats feature heating, ventilation and massage functions, a glass roof is standard, and Apple CarPlay is supported.

The Ferrari 12Cilindri's exterior design is inspired by the classic 365 GTB Daytona, with a long nose giving a retro feel but overall very clean and futuristic lines. The most iconic feature is the Delta Wing rear window, with small flaps on each side offering both low-drag and high-downforce modes – raising them increases downforce for greater stability.

The Ferrari 12Cilindri features a carbon ceramic braking system with six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers, with ventilated discs all round. It rides on bespoke Michelin Pilot Sport S5 high-performance tyres – 275/35 R21 at the front and 315/35 R21 at the rear – developed specifically for the 12Cilindri's performance characteristics, offering exceptional grip.

Owners universally praise the Ferrari 12Cilindri's V12 engine note – the roar and scream as it approaches 9,500 rpm is addictive, and the naturally aspirated engine's linear, instant throttle response has no turbo lag. Despite its high power, low-end torque is ample, making daily driving manageable.
