SGMW was established jointly by SAIC, Liuzhou Wuling Motors Co., Ltd., and GM China on November 18th, 2002. Through resources from shareholders, SGMW has introduced cutting-edge management ideas and systems while insisting on the philosophy of low cost and high value. The aim is to promote the business procedures reorganization and resources integration and build up a competitive value chain.
