It is a mid-size SUV that comes standard with a 360-degree camera and parking sensors, though its heavier weight means braking distances should be accounted for.

The Nissan Ariya has a standard boot capacity of 466 litres, which expands to 1,350 litres with the rear seats folded flat. The boot is deep enough for a stroller or several large suitcases, making it very practical for daily family use. There is no front trunk (frunk).

The Nissan Ariya comes standard with dual 12.3-inch integrated digital instrument cluster and central touchscreen, supporting wireless Apple CarPlay. The B9 Performance version also adds a 10-speaker BOSE premium sound system, Nappa leather seats, a panoramic sunroof, a HUD, and a power-sliding centre console armrest. The Nissan Ariya's dimensions (4,595 mm) are manageable in Hong Kong, and with the standard 360-degree camera, parking is relatively easy. The B6's 385 km range is sufficient for daily use, while the B9's 487 km offers even more flexibility. However, be mindful of a few points: the Ariya weighs over 2.2 tonnes, feeling heavy on the road with longer braking distances; the suspension is tuned on the firmer side, not as plush as some rivals; and the touch-sensitive controls can be difficult to operate by feel while driving. If you can accept these minor drawbacks, the Ariya is an electric SUV with refined Japanese character.
