Zeekr has released the first interior images of its flagship five-seater, the Zeekr 9X. Pre-sales for the new SUV commenced in China's Mainland on 8 July. With its luxurious cabin and top-tier flagship specifications, the model targets the premium SUV market. The 9X was previously showcased at the Hong Kong International Auto Expo, though local launch plans have yet to be announced.

For Hong Kong's motor market, 2026 will be a year etched in memory, as the "One-for-One" Scheme, in place for eight years, officially concluded on 31 March. From that date onwards, members of the public purchasing electric private cars will be liable for First Registration Duty (FRD) just like those buying conventional petrol private cars.

At this year’s Hong Kong Auto Expo, Zeekr Showcased the 009 Grand, the top-tier four-seater variant of the Zeekr 009. Focused on elevating rear-cabin luxury, the new model features independent premium seats and an intelligent rear privacy partition, delivering a supreme private in-car experience.

The updated Zeekr 009 was officially launched on 19 May, with three trim levels available. Its retail price starts from RMB 439,800, while a limited‑time offer brings the starting price down to RMB 413,800. Retaining the existing design language, the new model adopts a full‑stack 900V high‑voltage architecture and is equipped with the latest NVIDIA DRIVE Thor‑U ADAS chip.
