就在一天前，上海外灘大會的「AI 拓境論壇」上，它還與中國南方電網、陽光電源、螞蟻數科等 24 家企業共同發起《AI 算力 + 數字能源公約》。
一紙公約面向未來，一筆訂單落在沙漠，國軒高科的儲能故事，看起來美麗又動人。
可若翻開 2026 年半年報，會看到另一個版本：公司儲能營收逆勢下滑近兩成，槓桿一路攀升。
一個老兵的第二曲線
國軒高科 2006 年創立於合肥，2015 年借殼東源電器上市，是國內最早一批專注動力鋰電池的企業之一。

在儲能大容量產能受限的背景下，公司將產線向需求更確定的動力訂單傾斜。這是階段性資源分配的結果，而非戰略收縮。
當前，國軒高科正處於重資產擴張的高峰期。
截至 2026 年 6 月末，公司總資產 1435.05 億元，資產負債率 71.73%；2021 年該指標為 55.58%，五年間一路爬升。
