Its technical resume is not short.
In 2021, Xingqu Technology pioneered the first 400V SiC electric drive solution in China on the Zeekr 001, which remains a classic benchmark for electric drive efficiency and performance to date;
In 2024, Xingqu Technology mass-produced the world's first 11-in-1 domain control electric drive, equipped on Geely Galaxy E5, it is the pioneer of the super-integrated electric drive route, and the first-equipped vehicle has also become the sales champion for exports of China's A-segment pure electric SUV;

Therefore, the Thunder 16-in-1 was able to win two Guinness World Records as soon as it was launched. Relying on it behind the scenes is not luck in a single instance, but the result of years of technical accumulation by Geely and Xingqu Technology.

The advantages of Thunder 16-in-1 are not limited to ultra-high integration
The voltage platform of Thunder 16-in-1 is 800V, peak power is 245kW, and peak torque is 320Nm.
Its "16" refers to 16 functions and components deeply integrated into one system: motor, motor controller, reducer, DCDC, OBC, PDU, HBMS, LBMS, VCU, TMS, active pre-charge control, powertrain gateway, as well as intelligent energy management, intelligent energy replenishment management, intelligent motion control, and intelligent health management.

After integration, high-voltage harnesses are reduced by 30%, low-voltage harnesses are reduced by 15%. Combined with magnesium alloy housing, the whole unit is reduced by 20kg, weighing only 75kg; Z-dimension size is less than 325mm, 8% lower than industry mainstream multi-in-one products.
There is a natural contradiction in multi-in-one systems: the more components integrated, the easier efficiency losses are to accumulate. Thunder 16-in-1's CLTC comprehensive efficiency reached 93.8%, number one in its class, already close to the level of a three-in-one electric drive. Behind it are two methodologies called "Joule Engineering" and "Mirror Engineering", deeply integrating technical points such as 800V high-voltage platform, SiC power modules, Umini-Pin flat wire windings, ultra-thin silicon steel sheets, gear honing, low-viscosity lubricating oil, and active lubrication technology into a system-level solution.
Beyond performance, what is more worth noting is the reconstruction of the control chain. In traditional electric drives, control algorithms are distributed in different chips, and signals have to be "transferred across departments", with an average response latency of 40 milliseconds. Thunder 16-in-1 adopts a single-chip integrated architecture, compressing this chain to the fastest 2 milliseconds. Ren Xiangfei, Chief Engineering Technology Scientist of Geely Automobile Group, gave an analogy at the launch event: the difference of these two milliseconds is like Messi, who is 39 years old, still leading the team to turn the tables in adversity, relying on a reaction that is naturally one beat faster than others, and the gap between top-tier and ordinary often lies between this beat. Combined with AI deviation predictive control, real-time torque deviation was reduced from 3% to 1%, and this control capability was finally verified in the extreme scenario of 46 km continuous dual-car drifting.
Continuous output capability relies on thermal management as a safety net. Thunder 16-in-1 adopted 54-way directional cooling technology for the first time. 54 nozzles precisely cover the winding ends and rotor cores, reducing the maximum motor temperature by 15°C and increasing insulation life by 10%.
In terms of reliability, 16-in-1 reduced over 180 components at the design stage, lowering failure points structurally. This system ultimately passed over 9,000 test items, and vehicle-level road durability verification cumulative exceeded 5 million km, and much of these tests and verification work were completed by Xingqu Technology's test system.

Assisting customers in multiple premieres, where does Xingqu Technology really excel
In fact, to turn an advanced electric drive system into a product that can be mass-produced stably and withstand 9,000 tests, there is still a long way to go in between.
This road is hard to walk, but it is exactly where Xingqu Technology's core competitiveness lies.
Xingqu Technology CEO Lin Xiaozhe summarized the company's capabilities into three core strengths: technology, quality, and globalization. The first two determine whether Xingqu Technology can precisely manufacture the system; the third determines whether Xingqu Technology can gain global customer recognition.
Technical strength can be intuitively shown from the rigor of "1 mm".
The efficiency of multi-in-one electric drives can be affected by various factors, one of which is the flat wire windings in the motor stator. The parts sticking out at both ends of the winding are called "end turns". This part of the copper wire does not participate in work, but it is always consuming electricity and occupying space. Starting from first principles, Xingqu Technology's logic is simple: since it doesn't do work, it must be compressed to the extreme.
Saying this is light, but doing it is hard.
From a coil of copper wire to a set of flat wire windings, it goes through multiple processes such as straightening, enamel removal, 2D and 3D forming, wire insertion, twisting, expanding, and welding. During this process, if the enamel breaks it will short circuit, if the twisting angle is off the copper wires will interfere with each other, if the weld strength is not enough or there is missed welding, the entire stator will be scrapped. Xingqu Technology's R&D and process teams, in order to reduce the end height by 1 mm, need to repeatedly optimize every process parameter. Every set of matching new tooling fixtures needs to spend several months adjusting.
In 2022, the end height of Xingqu Technology's first-generation U-Pin motor was 8~10 mm; this year, the 4 mm height Umini-P product has gone into production; the next generation 3 mm U-MiniP evo is also on the way (2027). And the current industry average level is still around 5 mm.
The Thunder 16-in-1 used in this event is using this Umini-Pin process. The end height is reduced by 4 mm, and the total length of copper wire per motor is shortened by about 1,296 mm, and copper loss is reduced by over 2%. This is not a technology temporarily overcome by this product, but experience accumulated by Xingqu Technology with a monthly shipment volume exceeding 100,000 units.
This rigor is also reflected in materials and NVH. Xingqu Technology is the first enterprise in the industry to mass-produce 900V magnesium alloy dual electric drives. The magnesium alloy housing reduces weight by over 30% compared to traditional aluminum alloys, and Thunder 16-in-1 is already the fourth product to mass-produce and apply this technology. At the same time, Xingqu Technology is also exploring the application space of amorphous materials to further improve motor efficiency.
In terms of NVH, Xingqu Technology treats it as a "sensory engineering" to overcome — electromagnetic harmonic optimization, gear micro-modification, housing modal analysis and structural frequency avoidance, compressing vehicle cabin noise to below 25 decibels, and also introducing AI large models to analyze massive data to improve noise performance from the source.
Quality strength is reflected in generous investment in test benches.
In 2024, Xingqu Technology commissioned the world's first 30,000 rpm motor direct drive test bench. Before this, the highest speed of global motor test benches was 25,000 rpm. Exceeding this number, the bench would be pushed into the blank area after the limit. Xingqu Technology and the bench supplier team fought for several months to solve this problem, and now this equipment has been running stably for over 10,000 hours.
At the same time, Xingqu Technology is also the fourth electric drive enterprise in China to have assembly-level (motor + controller) EMC testing capabilities, with the entire EMC lab investment exceeding 10 million.
Beyond single-item capabilities, what best reflects Xingqu Technology's emphasis on quality is its set of complete validation systems.
Xingqu Technology test center obtained CNAS national certification, able to cover 100% of electric drive test requirements. Every electric drive development process must go through temperature field tests from -60°C to 140°C, 660,000 peak torque cycles, and over 2,500 hours of comprehensive durability tests. Durability tests start at 300,000 km, reaching up to 800,000 km. To meet the global market, they also have to go through over 1,500 hours of salt spray durability tests.
Not only that, Xingqu Technology has also built an AI test data platform, precipitating 300,000 hours of historical data, using failure prediction models to identify potential risks in advance.
Xingqu Technology has finally implemented this system to the manufacturing end.
Xingqu Technology has deployed five major intelligent manufacturing bases in China, with electric drive total annual capacity of 3 million units. The production line's highest automation rate exceeds 95%, placement machine accuracy is ±25 microns, measurement equipment accuracy is 0.1 microns, which is equivalent to 1% of a cell size. The production line also sets up 106 error-proofing processes, using a 20 million pixel AI visual inspection system to identify subtle defects, with a minimum recognition accuracy of 20 microns. Every part has a digital identity upon entering the site, and process parameters, operators, and quality data are traceable throughout.

The electric drive industry, when it comes to the later stage, is not about single-point technology, but about system capability. Single-point technology can make prototypes, only system capability can ensure stable mass production. Xingqu Technology has repeatedly won industry premieres, relying precisely on this complete closed loop from technology to manufacturing.

Xingqu Technology's global path: an "unconventional" choice
Where Xingqu Technology is more worth expanding is its globalization path.
Many parts companies' logic of going global is to first run scale domestically, and then push mature products to overseas markets. Xingqu Technology chose another approach: putting global R&D, global validation, global processes, and global customer coordination in advance.
Lin Xiaozhe said very directly: the electric drive industry has no option of "domestic first, then global". Different regions have huge differences in environmental conditions, and these diverse global demands will push the product to different boundaries. Whether a system can enter the global automaker supply chain depends not only on performance parameters, but also on software processes, functional safety, validation standards, manufacturing consistency, and response speed.
Lin Xiaozhe cited a European customer case. Xingqu Technology received an order from a European luxury brand customer this year. The other party put forward over 9,000 test indicators, one of which required a large SUV to reach 107% climbing ability, converted to a gradient of about 47 degrees. This has almost never appeared in China.
This indicator is harsh because ordinary family sedans usually have a climbing ability of 15 to 20 degrees, professional off-road vehicles are at 30 to 40 degrees, and vehicles that can reach 45 degrees are already rare. More difficultly, customers require the vehicle to not only climb up, but also be able to stop on a 45-degree slope and start again.
This tests not a single motor power. When the vehicle starts under near-limit slopes, the lubrication system needs to cover all conditions, high-performance motors continuously output high torque, and the motor control system must also adjust wheel-end torque distribution at microsecond level speed, making the vehicle stable, climbable, and non-slip.
This case can explain a characteristic of Xingqu Technology going global. Overseas customers do not just look at electric drive parameter tables, but use real-world scenarios and extreme conditions to test suppliers. Whether entering a European luxury brand project depends on whether motors, motor controllers, lubrication, thermal management, software control, and verification systems can pass together.
In terms of overseas layout, Xingqu Technology has established an R&D and after-sales service center in Gothenburg, Sweden, with full industry chain design, development, and manufacturing capabilities from key components to assembly system levels. Another difficulty of globalization is collaborative development. For this, Xingqu Technology has built a cloud-based collaborative development platform called "World Tree", allowing China and Europe teams to complete software, hardware, and algorithm collaborative development in the same system. For overseas customers, these process capabilities are often more critical than individual performance indicators. It determines whether a supplier can enter project early development, participate in vehicle definition, and bear long-term iteration responsibility.

Changes can also be seen on the customer side. Xingqu Technology has signed nearly 30 billion yuan orders with top European automakers such as UK, France, Germany, and Tier 1. 2026 export growth is expected to exceed 100%.

This path has barriers and also value. The domestic new energy market has pushed the electric drive to a stage of high efficiency, high integration, and high cost-performance. Overseas markets will continue to filter suppliers using regulations, roads, climate, customer processes, and reliability standards. Xingqu Technology entering the global system in advance is equivalent to putting itself in a stricter evaluation environment. In the short term, this will increase development difficulty; in the long term, it will raise the enterprise's capability ceiling.

Tooling adjusted for months for 1 mm, test benches running stably for over 10,000 hours of 30,000 rpm, verification systems behind over 9,000 tests, and also the persistence of "leaving problems in the laboratory" which sounds simple but is hard to do.
Thunder 16-in-1 is certainly the protagonist product of this launch, but what it truly points to is the capability upgrade of Xingqu Technology as an independent electric drive supplier. Electric drives are moving from behind the scenes to the spotlight, and Xingqu Technology is gradually becoming an independent brand remembered by the industry, changing from an invisible supplier supplying multiple car companies. 7月15日,由车百会研究院主办、领充新能源支持、车百链智承办的第二届车能融合与智慧生态发展论坛在西安召开。论坛以“把握车能融合机遇 探索技术范式创新”为主题,汇聚了整车企业、能源企业、电池企业、充换电运营商、科研机构及行业相关单位代表,展开为期一天的高质量研讨。

会上,车百会研究院理事长张永伟表示,从全球来看,汽车和充换电联动出海是必然趋势,能源和汽车本质是一体的。在出海新阶段,重视整车和制造业出海的同时,也要重视充换电基础设施在海外的发展。相比整车与制造业出海,以充换电为核心的能源基础产业出海,贸易摩擦更小、黏性更强,且与主要国家减碳和气候变化战略方向一致,能带动大量装备出海,如光伏、充电换电模块、储能电池等。但充换电基础设施出海也面临不同的挑战:认证周期更长,一次性投入高,回收期较长,且需接入当地电网及复杂生态,难以一蹴而就。一旦走通,可打造更体系化的全球竞争壁垒。
上午场:政企学研齐聚,共议车能融合发展大势
论坛上午场由车百会研究院副理事长、车百智库研究院院长师建华主持。

国家能源局原副局长吴吟发表主旨报告,提出当前能源革命与汽车革命已从两条平行线走向深度同频共振。车能融合是一场跨越交通、能源、信息三大万亿级赛道的系统性变革。据《新型能源体系建设“十五五”规划》,2030年车网互动聚合可调充电规模达到5000万千瓦,标志车能融合从探索阶段进入规模化实施阶段。但车能融合规模化落地需打通标准不统一、供需时空错配、行业协同不足、用户参与意愿不强等堵点。
主题演讲环节,香港理工大学杰出讲座教授、香港大学荣誉教授、英国皇家工程院院士陈清泉提出,汽车已完成属性、动力、智能架构三重变革,双向车网互动是交通能源融合的核心抓手。伴随乘用车、商用车应用场景持续拓宽,行业需依托差异化补能、光储充一体化、V2G技术实现车路能协同共赢。

浙江大学龙泉产业创新研究院院长、俄罗斯工程院外籍院士熊树生分享冷却液储能前沿技术。他表示现有车用冷媒路线存在明显短板,依托新型间接式R290热管理系统,可通过冷却液储冷储热充分消纳夜间谷电,有效降低车辆高低温能耗、提升续航,适配车队、光储充、园区等多元场景,开辟车能融合全新增效路径。

中国电力企业联合会副秘书长刘永东介绍,全国首批9城32个试点已梳理出 27 个可复制V2G应用场景,调研显示超七成车主愿意参与车网互动,但放电协议、并网及资源聚合标准仍是短板,用户核心顾虑集中在电池寿命影响上。他建议建立以煤电标杆电价为导向的放电价格体系,发挥车网互动低成本优势;同时通过保险机制、质保体系消除用户顾虑。

浩瀚能源公司CEO、极氪科技集团副总裁赵昱辉认为车网互动、全场景补能是大势所趋。新能源汽车不再只是交通工具,更是移动储能单元;充电也不再是简单的能量补给,而是能源系统的智能调度,这是车能融合的本质。车能融合需要整车、电网、设备商、城市规划多方共建生态,不是单一企业能唱完的独角戏。

奇瑞绿能常务副总经理尹航结合实践提出,车能融合的关键在于从单一补能向全球化绿色智慧能源新生态转型,车企应定位为能源生态公司而非设备商。

理想汽车智能电动产品负责人唐华寅表示,新能源充电需求不是“涨潮”,而是“海啸” 。超充网络建设应以用户长途出行停留规律(10-20分钟)为基准定义补能速度,而非单纯比拼功率参数;自动充电与L4自动驾驶融合后,充电速度的第一性地位将弱化,远程调度、无感体验成关键。

领充新能源CEO周强表示未来交通体系将从车路云三网融合升级为车路桩云四维一体;能源供给从化石能源转向绿电主导,形成源网荷储一体化;基础设施从单一交通功能升级为“交通+能源+数字”融合的新型基础设施。

瑞浦兰钧能源股份有限公司副总裁侯敏表示,新能源汽车的爆发式增长,推动了充电基础设施全面升级。但如果充电站只是从电网取电,那对电网来说仅是新增负荷,尤其是无序充电会进一步拉大峰谷差。采用“光储充”三位一体的超级充电站,能有效破解这一痛点。

中国汽研后市场事业部副总经理、中检汽车测评(深圳)有限公司总经理郑孟认为充电行业从规模建设进入高质量发展阶段,由“建得多、覆盖广”,走向“提品质、优体验、可互动”。未来V2G竞争的关键,不只是设备能力,更是用户信任的建立。

上海联联睿科能源科技有限公司总经理汤晓栋表示,V2G不仅是连接“双碳”目标的战略桥梁,更是保障能源安全与电网稳定、促进新能源消纳、支撑新型电力系统建设的关键抓手。其推广要从消除车型适配障碍、打通收益分配链路着手。

隆基绿能光建系统事业部市场营销部负责人张振涛分享光伏与交通场景融合创新实践。他表示光伏发电具有间歇性,仅靠白天供电无法满足全天候需求,必须与储能、充电、换电等环节结合,形成完整的零碳能源闭环。

论坛同期,举行了“生态协同发展倡议”启动仪式,并发布《新能源汽车充换电行业生态协同发展研究报告》,标志着行业从单打独斗走向生态共建迈出了实质性一步。

二、下午场:圆桌思辨破难题,重磅发布启新程
论坛下午场,西安高新技术产业开发区管理委员会党工委副书记、管委会主任陈辉首先发表致辞:车能融合是推动能源革命与产业变革的关键力量,也是培育新质生产力的重要赛道。西安持续推动补链、强链、延链,构建从整车制造、关键零部件到后市场服务的完整生态。

随后的圆桌对话环节,围绕“新能源汽车充电基础设施生态协同发展”主题,由清华大学碳中和研究院零碳交通研究中心主任王贺武主持。中国能源研究会首席专家贾俊国、领充新能源董事长袁庆民、货道新能源董事长迟勇、蔚来能源电力业务总经理胡伟峰、宁德时代乘用车产品总工欧阳小龙五位嘉宾展开深度对话,形成三大核心共识:

1、储充一体是化解电网容量瓶颈的重要柔性接入路径
随着800V高压平台和大功率快充逐步普及,单站用电负荷快速抬升。与会嘉宾一致认为,储充一体是化解电网容量瓶颈的重要柔性接入路径。但V2G的规模化应用必须分阶段推进:有序充电阶段已相对成熟,而真正的车网互动涉及能量流、信息流、价值流三流协同,不能依靠单一市场品种解决。当前最佳路径是通过虚拟电厂聚合商参与电力市场,最终依靠市场化交易机制实现长效可持续运营。
2、V2G商业化需平衡三方利益,构建闭环生态

喺 L2-L2+ 級輔助駕駛領域,天瞳威視嘅選擇非常務實。佢並冇盲目追逐算力堆疊嘅「軍備競賽」,而係走咗一條高性價比路線。
作為典型嘅視覺派智駕供應商,佢喺 L2 量產方案上以視覺感知為主,融合毫米波雷達同超聲波雷達,能夠喺較低算力平台上實現高級功能。例如,基於地平線 J6B 芯片(約 20TOPS)嘅方案即可支持行泊一體、高速 NOA。

營收高增長,但結構劇烈波動。
財務數據顯示,公司嘅營收呈現爆發式增長,從 2022 年嘅 1.72 億元增長至 2024 年嘅 4.83 億元,複合年增長率高達 67.7%。2025 年全年營收進一步增長至 5.5 億元。
但收入結構嘅變化明顯。2023 年,公司依賴 L2-L2+ 業務,佔比 90.2%;去到 2024 年,L4 業務佔比升至 50.2%;2025 年,L4 業務佔比進一步拉高至 68%。呢種「斷崖式」嘅結構切換,雖然證明佢 L4 技術搵到咗落地場景,但亦令市場質疑佢 L2 業務係咪已觸及天花板。
毛利率同純利潤嘅背離,呢係天瞳威視面臨嘅最大挑戰。
從毛利睇,整體毛利率喺 30% 左右徘徊,喺呢個技術密集型嘅智駕行業屬於中等水平。但細拆睇嚟,L2-L2+ 業務嘅毛利率通常能維持喺 40% 以上,純軟件授權模式,而 L4 業務嘅毛利率則因「軟硬件一體」交付中硬件佔比提高而被顯著拉低。

與此同時,應收賬款周轉急劇惡化。公司嘅貿易應收款項從 2023 年嘅 0.89 億元升至 2025 年嘅 5.48 億元,三年增長超過五倍,而同期營收增幅僅約 2.7 倍。
更令人擔憂嘅係應收款項周轉天數從 2023 年嘅 191 天同 2024 年嘅 166 天,到 2025 年驟升至 300 天,意味著公司從完成交付到收回款項平均需要接近一年時間。呢相當於變相為客戶提供長期無息墊資,喺資金本就緊張嘅情況下進一步加劇咗流動性壓力。
