Chery Group recently released its latest automotive sales performance. In May this year, the overall sales showed impressive results with steady growth, with particularly significant increases in export business and new energy vehicle sales.

Data shows that Chery Group's total vehicle sales for May reached 247,823 units, a year-on-year increase of 20.5%. Among them, export sales reached 181,871 units, a substantial year-on-year surge of 80.5%; new energy vehicle sales also crossed the 100,000-unit mark, reaching 100,304 units, a 58.8% year-on-year rise, demonstrating strong momentum in new growth drivers.

For the cumulative first five months, Chery Group's total sales from January to May this year reached 1,100,921 units, a 7.2% year-on-year increase. Export totals amounted to 752,755 units, a sharp 69.5% year-on-year jump; new energy vehicle cumulative sales reached 361,761 units, a 25.7% year-on-year increase.
With continued expansion of sales scale, Chery Group's global cumulative user base has exceeded 19.62 million, including over 6.59 million overseas users, highlighting the brand's steadily growing acceptance in international markets.
