On May 7, spy shots of a heavily camouflaged Voyah FE emerged online. The FE adopts an aggressive stance with a long hood, a sleek fastback silhouette and a suite of aerodynamic enhancements. A sticker reading “896 Quad LiDAR First Coupe SUV” on the side window reveals a key feature—world‘s first production coupe SUV equipped with quad 896‑line LiDAR sensors.

Voyah engineers have incorporated 10 air ducts and 18 vents, along with dual active grilles, to manage airflow effectively. On the inside, dual paddles on the steering wheel enable a thrilling ‘Supercar Mode’ with simulated engine sound, a custom dashboard layout and an AR‑HUD display.

Underpinning the FE‘s smart capability is the Huawei Qiankun ADS 5 system, supported by a total of 32 sensing units around the vehicle: 4 LiDARs, 3 front‑facing 4D mmWave radars, 2 rear‑facing mmWave radars, 11 HD cameras and 12 ultrasonic parking sensors. The main sensors detect obstacles as small as 14 centimetres from 120 metres away, while three DTOF (Direct Time‑of‑Flight) blind‑spot LiDARs offer detection down to just 15 centimetres.

Positioned as a “FUV” (Ferrari Utility Vehicle) targeting younger buyers, the FE will launch mid‑year alongside the Voyah Taishan X8.
