似乎就在一夜间，头部智驾企业都完成了原始积累，五巨头的混战也一触即发。它们谁的实力更胜一筹？谁的商业模式更具发展潜力？个人的一些看法与大家分享一下。
（1）五巨头过关，智驾入新局
对于智驾企业而言，要迈过最初的积累期，一般要迈过三大生死门槛。
首先是量产交付门槛，简单来说就是需要实打实有人买单，绝大多数早期自动驾驶创业公司都很难熬过去。那些只会实验室Demo，不懂车规、量产、车企项目管理的企业，大多会倒在这一步。
然后是现金流闭环门槛，只靠融资烧钱绝对是不够的，必须有车企、用户持续付费，覆盖基础研发成本，经营性亏损收窄，才能穿越资本寒冬。再就是资本独立兑现门槛，这几家的股份拿出来，都是市场上哄抢的香饽饽。从目前的情况看，五巨头似乎都“过关”了。
Momenta累计搭载量产车突破100万台，交付100+车型，第三方城市NOA市占率达到了惊人的64.5%。目前全球前10的车企，已经有九家是Momenta的客户。虽然研发投入巨大，但毛利率71.6%已经接近盈亏平衡。

目前五巨头算是各擅其长，华为的优势是专，可以做高端整车全套方案；Momenta的优势是广，目标是做全球全品牌通用软件。
其余的，千里科技可以跟随吉利全球扩张稳步成长，地平线的国产车载算力底层地位不可替代，萝卜快跑则是萝卜快跑，唯一规模化落地的Robotaxi玩家。

车企只需轻量化接入，不改造整车架构，完全保留车企整车开发、功能定义话语权。这种做法的核心优势是兼容性强、车企自主权高，尤其海外品牌的接受度非常高。缺点当然是软硬割裂，极限场景智驾上限弱于全栈方案。
