一边是自主品牌逆势上扬，海外出口翻倍增长，新引擎已然点火；一边是合资板块加速退潮，旧引擎动力衰竭，亟待涅槃。
然而，这并非失速，而是一场主动的换挡。
问题是曾经盈利能力超群的广汽集团，这场动能切换，何时才能全面完成？

先拆解旧引擎的现状。
今年上半年，广汽丰田销量为35.6万辆，同比增长3.29%，表现稳健。但广汽本田销量6.84万辆，出现剧烈波动。
曾几何时，广汽本田一家贡献的利润，不仅能够覆盖整个集团的研发投入，甚至还有结余。
如今，合资与自主的的格局彻底发生转变。
这不是广汽集团一家的困境。当“技术换市场”的旧逻辑失效，游戏规则由谁来定，是所有在中国汽车市场的合资车企，需要面对的共同问题。
值得注意的是，今年7月，本田与广汽集团宣布，合资公司将续约至2038年，股比保持不变。
虽然合同续了，但旧模式不必跟着再续。因为合资板块的止血，必须从本土化研发的实质性放权开始。在《汽车K线》看来，这一次最大的不同是，广汽集团和本田将发挥双方技术和资源优势，重塑核心竞争力，而非过去引入海外车型本土化配适。

再看新引擎。自主阵营销量重回上升通道。
上半年，传祺销量16.44万辆，同比增长12.36%；埃安销量18.16万辆，同比增长67.08%，C端用户占比更是突破80%。
随着自主板块销量回暖，其所贡献的销量占比攀升至44.75%，创同期新高。

当然，这其中不乏有合资销量走低的因素。但在行业承压，大盘走低的背景下，两者的逆流而上仍然显得难能可贵。
与此同时，广汽海外出口达12.15万辆，同比暴增132%，成为集团最大的销量增长引擎，且在泰国、香港等市场表现亮眼。
《汽车K线》认为，这表明广汽集团的战略转型在销量维度上已经获得验证。自主板块不再只是合资板块的补充，并正在成长为集团的主力军。
对于一个曾长期依赖合资利润的国有上市车企而言，这种结构性的转变，本身就是一个里程碑。

当然，这种转变需要真金白银的投入和付出。
目前来看新引擎的轰鸣，尚未充分转化为利润。这是因为自主与出海的增速再快，也需要时间来填补合资板块留下的利润缺口。
自主板块的增长，伴随着持续大规模的投入。埃安的高歌猛进，背后是渠道、研发、品牌同步烧钱。启境GT7与华为深度融合，24小时大定破5200辆，但前期开发费用高昂。
海外6座工厂、746家销售网点、9大零部件仓库，每一项布局都需要真金白银的投入。
可以说，自主板块增长的质量很高，但这个增长所需要付出的账单也很厚。
《汽车K线》相信，这不是经营问题，而是战略选择。本质上来看，这是广汽在用自主板块的高投入，去置换合资依赖的旧基因。
不容忽视的是，燃油车时代的利润结构正在重塑，而电动化、智能化的新护城河仍在加速构筑之中。

面对这场结构性变革，广汽集团在2025年冯兴亚接任董事长后，迅速启动了代号为“番禺行动”的系统性改革。
放权层面，集团7名高层退出广汽国际管理一线，决策权下放至各BU实体。
产品、财务、采购三大本部制改革协同推进，引入DSTE、IPD等流程管理工具后，产品规划效率提升30%，立项评审效率提升67%，新车开发周期压缩至18～21个月。
这并非一次常规的架构优化，而是一场彻底的组织革新，由以往自上而下的家长式管理，转向以市场为核心的运营模式。
融合层面，与华为的合作采取了“技术原生、联合开发”的深度模式，华为团队常驻广州合署办公，启境GT7几乎全栈引入华为乾崑六大核心方案。
虽然这种绑定在业界引发“灵魂归属”的讨论，但放在合资智能化短板亟待补齐的背景下，选择与华为联手，恰恰是务实且高效之举。
出海层面，从产品出口到体系出海，广汽正在将国内新能源产业链的竞争优势向全球复制。上半年132%的出口增速，初步验证了这条路的可行性。
虽然番禺行动做的是“正确的事”，但资本市场关心的是，正确的事需要多久才能变成盈利的事？

对此，机构的看法正在走向分化。
摩根大通因担忧价格竞争持续及合资利润率复苏节奏，将广汽H股目标价由3.3港元下调至1.1港元，预计2028年实现盈利。
而更多机构看到了边际改善的信号。瑞银重申“中性”评级，将目标价由3.2港元上调至4.2港元。
报告认为，广汽组织改革与成本控制已取得实质进展，考虑到新车型加速推出，将2026~2027年销量预测上调20%～31%，盈利预测大幅上调至14.54亿～29.91亿元。
花旗将广汽H股目标价由3港元上调至3.8港元；汇丰研究维持“持有”评级，目标价由2.69港元上调至3.62港元。
不难发现，最悲观的预期在为“2028年盈利”定价，而越来越多的机构已开始为“2026～2027年盈利大幅改善”下注。
如此来看，资本市场对广汽改革的方向没有分歧，分歧在于节奏。而这种分歧本身，往往正是预期差和机会所在。
不仅如此，在《汽车K线》看来，广汽集团在固态电池、Robotaxi、低空经济、具身智能机器人等领域的前瞻性战略布局，也没有放松。

续约已赢得时间窗口，现在是权力重构、能力重建的关键阶段。广汽丰田“铂智”系列已经验证，本土化越深，市场竞争力越强。
这一经验值得在合资板块加速推广。
与此同时，将番禺行动提出的“量产车成本再降15%”列为硬性目标，并要求全面落地。对企业而言，这不再是主动优化的选择，而是维持运营效率的基本要求。
中期来看，自主品牌需从规模扩张转向价值创造。
传祺应巩固MPV市场的利润池地位，用高附加值产品拉高单车利润；埃安需要加速品牌跃迁，彻底摆脱“网约车标签”，这是产品定义与用户运营的系统工程。
而启境的使命，更多在于证明广汽有能力在30万元以上市场站稳脚跟。
