The P7 lineup currently presents a well-defined product hierarchy: the original P7 established the brand's market reputation, the facelifted P7i reinforced its intelligent driving credentials, and both the 2026 XPENG P7+ and the all-new XPENG P7 showcase its latest next-generation tech. Taking the 2026 XPENG P7+ as an example, it is positioned as an E-segment executive smart fastback, measuring approximately 5,071 mm in length, 1,937 mm in width, and 1,512 mm in height, with a generous 3,000 mm wheelbase. The Breakthrough Era (2020–2023): The original XPENG P7 disrupted the EV segment with its class-leading range and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), setting a new benchmark for electric saloon design and establishing the brand's credentials as a tech trailblazer. Introduced in 2023, the facelifted P7i solidified this segment leadership with uprated compute performance and dual-LiDAR integration.

Market Expansion & Iteration (2024–2025): Amidst intensifying competition, XPENG rolled out an aggressive value-driven strategy with trickle-down technology. The P7+ entered the market with a highly competitive starting price of RM186,800, collaborating alongside models like the Mona series to capture significant market share.

Powertrain Architecture (Dual-Power Flexibility): 

BEV Variant: Built on an 800V high-voltage architecture with 5C ultra-fast DC charging as standard across the range, delivering a maximum driving range of over 700 km and a 10% to 80% state-of-charge (SoC) time in just 12 minutes. 

REEV Variant: Powered by a high-efficiency 1.5T dedicated range extender, providing a CLTC-rated pure electric range of 430 km, a total combined driving range exceeding 1,550 km, and a fuel consumption of just 5.3L/100km in charge-sustaining mode—earning it the title of the range-extended fastback with the world's longest EV range.

AI Intelligent Ecosystem: The all-new P7 is equipped as standard across the line with three in-house Turing AI chips boasting 2,250 TOPS of computing power. Supporting vision-language-action (VLA) and vision-language (VLM) large AI models, it equips the vehicle with proactive environmental reasoning and decision-making capabilities, setting a new industry benchmark for embodied physical AI.

Safety and Ride Comfort: Engineered to achieve dual five-star crash safety ratings under both C-NCAP and Euro NCAP protocols.
