The enterprise holds a highly distinguished position in contemporary Asian automotive geography: it is the foundational pioneer and currently the sole enterprise in Shanxi Province to possess full sovereign national vehicle manufacturing qualifications.

Development History

The corporate lineage began in the early 2000s when the Shanxi Victory Investment Group—a massive conglomerate with deep operations in coal mining, aviation logistics, and heavy machinery—realized that China's rapidly expanding suburban and urban courier sectors were desperate for high-capacity, low-cost micro-transports.

In 2006, the group made a high-stakes, multi-million-pound corporate leap, establishing a clean-sheet automotive manufacturing base in Changzhi. They systematically secured official national production qualifications for passenger cars and commercial trucks, building an ultra-modern smart foundry to break the regional monopoly of coastal automotive giants.

By 2010, the factory proudly rolled out its inaugural commercial masterpieces, including the Victory V1 micro-van and light cargo mini-trucks.
