Overview

Spofec is a premium automotive modification brand originating from Germany and is affiliated with the German Novitec modification group. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Germany, Spofec was established as a sub-brand under the Novitec Group specifically dedicated to Rolls-Royce vehicles. Unlike the flagship Novitec brand, which focuses on Italian sports cars like Ferrari and Maserati, Spofec has concentrated exclusively on deep modification and custom upgrades for the entire range of British luxury brand Rolls-Royce models since its inception.

Spofec's core brand philosophy is "to enhance design and performance while retaining the original charm of the vehicle, striving to achieve the goal of combining performance with elegance." As a modification expert specializing in Rolls-Royce models, Spofec maintains the iconic luxury atmosphere of the brand while creating sedans that combine elegance and performance for its customers. This is achieved through comprehensive optimization of aerodynamic kits, suspension systems, wheels, exhaust systems, and power trains. The brand logo consists of a three-dimensional rectangle with metal gradients and the uppercase letters "SPOFEC." The overall design is rugged, solid, and textured, highlighting the brand's professional and premium atmosphere.

History

Spofec's history began in 2014, established as a strategic layout by the Novitec Group to delve into the ultra-luxury modification segment. From its inception, the brand targeted Rolls-Royce and quickly built market momentum. In 2015, Spofec established a renowned reputation with its debut performance modification work based on Ghost. Later, the brand successively launched modification plans based on Rolls-Royce models including Wraith, Dawn, Phantom, and Cullinan, establishing clear brand identity in the luxury modification field.

In just a two-year development cycle, Spofec set a new flagship benchmark in the luxury modification peak field through the Wraith modification model that broke the 700 horsepower limit. As the product line expanded, the brand further launched the globally limited eight units Wraith Overdose widebody kit version, pushing luxury customization and ultimate performance to a new height. In 2024, Spofec first entered the electrification field, launching a comprehensive visual upgrade plan for Rolls-Royce's first pure electric vehicle model Spectre. Between 2025 and 2026, the brand remained active, releasing the OVERDOSE widebody plan for Cullinan Series II and multiple exclusive custom models.

Product Portfolio

Spofec's products cover Rolls-Royce's current mainstream models, mainly based on current Rolls-Royce models for deep customization. As of 2026, the brand has launched the following main product series:

Spofec Ghost Series: One of Spofec's earliest works, based on Ghost Black Badge. Equipped with a new aerodynamic kit, including front splitter and carbon fiber rear wing, bringing a more impactful visual effect while improving downforce. Spofec's developed CAN-Tronic suspension control element can lower the air suspension by about 40 mm at high speeds, improving high-speed cruising stability.

Spofec Wraith Series: Spofec's flagship modification work launched around 2016. The brand once released a limited global set of three modification kits, subsequently released the visually impactful OVERDOSE widebody kit version, globally limited to eight units. The appearance uses carbon fiber widebody aero kit, significantly increasing the overall vehicle width.

Spofec Phantom Series: Spofec's upgrade plan for Rolls-Royce's flagship sedan. In the latest case released in 2023, the original 6.75L V12 engine's maximum power was increased to 685 hp, and 0-100 km/h acceleration time was shortened from 5.3 seconds to 5.0 seconds.

Spofec Cullinan Series: Spofec's important product line in the SUV field. In 2025, the OVERDOSE widebody kit for Cullinan Series II was released, with body width increased by 12 cm. Equipped with a 6.75L V12 twin-turbocharged engine, maximum power increased to 707 hp, peak torque 1060 N·m, 0-100 km/h acceleration only 4.6 seconds.

Spofec Spectre Series: The brand's first modification work targeting pure electric Rolls-Royce, debuted in 2024. The vehicle uses visible carbon fiber material aero kit, including front splitter, side skirts, rear wing, and diffuser, and replaces 24-inch SP3 alloy wheels.

Spofec Dawn Series: Spofec's modification work for Rolls-Royce convertible sports cars, appearance uses carbon fiber widebody design, car width increased by about 12 cm.

Market Performance

Spofec is positioned as an ultra-rare customized high-end modification brand. All products use limited or one-piece customization models, and public sales data is extremely limited. The Wraith modification kit launched by the brand early was limited to only three sets. The later released Wraith Overdose was limited to only eight units. Spofec's business model is centered on high customer customization. Each modified vehicle is exclusively built for specific customer needs. From appearance kits, interior materials to function settings, it can be customized infinitely according to personal preferences. The final transaction price is calculated specifically due to configuration differences.

Technology and Innovation

N-TRONIC Performance Module: Spofec power upgrade core is a plug-and-play ECU computer, which can modify fuel injection program, ignition timing, and increase turbocharger value without disassembling engine hardware. Taking Ghost as an example, the original 6.8L V12 twin-turbo engine power increased from 592 hp to 706 hp, torque jumped from 900 N·m to 1002 N·m. The Wraith Overdose version achieved an 85 hp increase, total power reaching 717 hp.

Carbon Fiber Aerodynamic Kit: Aero kits developed by Spofec for each model use high-quality carbon fiber material. From widebody wheel arches, front and rear splitters to diffuser, every part is strictly optimized aerodynamically, ensuring visual tension while effectively improving downforce distribution and airflow efficiency at high speeds.

CAN-Tronic Suspension Control System: Spofec independently developed suspension control module, which can actively adjust body height without affecting original pneumatic suspension function. When vehicle speed reaches 140 km/h or more, the system automatically lowers the body by about 40 mm to lower center of gravity and improve high-speed stability; when driving at low speeds, it returns to original height, combining passability and riding comfort.

Carbon-Ceramic Braking System: Spofec equips high-performance version models with more powerful braking systems, adopting high-performance ceramic carbon fiber brake discs, reducing about 38 kg of unsprung mass compared to standard braking systems, significantly improving handling response while increasing braking force.

Stainless Steel Sports Exhaust System: Spofec provides full stainless steel exhaust system with or without electronic valve control. Owners can freely switch exhaust sound waves between quiet elegance and intense roar via the cockpit remote control.

Vossen Co-branded Custom Wheels: Spofec cooperates closely with global famous wheel manufacturer Vossen, launching exclusive forged wheels such as SP1, SP2, SP3, SP4. Sizes cover 22-inch to 24-inch, and support up to 48 color choices.

Global Presence

Spofec's global market network relies closely on the existing international dealer system of the Novitec Group, with business covering multiple regions in Europe, North America, Middle East, and Asia. The brand provides modification parts ordering, installation, and after-sales service for Rolls-Royce owners worldwide through Novitec's branches and authorized dealer networks established in Germany, US, China, Middle East, etc. The Middle East market, especially regions like Saudi Arabia, UAE, is a core region for Spofec's important modification business. Regarding the China market, there is currently no clear news of Spofec officially entering, but some modification parts can be introduced through Novitec Group's distribution channels.

Future Strategy

After entering 2024, Spofec began to embrace the electrification trend in its product layout. The brand launched exclusive carbon fiber aero kits for Rolls-Royce's first pure electric vehicle, the Spectre. These kits covered the front splitter, side skirts, rear wing, and diffuser, and were paired with 24-inch custom wheels and a suspension system lowered by 35 mm. This modification injected a more distinct sporty temperament into the electric luxury sedan while retaining the original vehicle's electric powertrain, which delivers 585 hp. By the end of 2025, Spofec further deepened its Spectre modification plan, receiving widespread praise from professional media.

Looking forward, Spofec will continue to follow Rolls-Royce's product iteration rhythm and launch modification plans for new generation models. In terms of core strategy, the brand is expected to continue operating around the "Ultra-Limited Production + Single Customization" dual-track mode. On one hand, it aims to strengthen brand collection value with limited editions; on the other, it seeks to meet every ultra-luxury owner's unique personalized needs through infinite customization. As Rolls-Royce's full series of models gradually promote electrification, Spofec's technical accumulation in the new energy modification field will determine the brand's core competitiveness in the next development cycle.
