比亞迪 Seal delivers rapid performance with a well-equipped cabin

The 4,800mm-long, 1,875mm-wide saloon has a low 1,460mm profile, giving it a sleek and planted road presence. The exterior photos show a clean, flowing shape with slim lighting details and flush door handles, while the 19-inch alloy wheels add a sportier touch.

The cabin is centred around a large 15.6-inch touchscreen, a 10.25-inch digital instrument display and a head-up display, so key driving information is easy to place within the driver's view. Leather upholstery, a leather steering wheel, powered front seats with memory for the driver, and heated and ventilated front seats give the interior a well-appointed feel. Apple CarPlay, voice control, wireless phone charging and a 12-speaker Dynaudio sound system add useful daily convenience.

The dual-motor electric four-wheel-drive layout produces a combined 390kW and 670Nm, with the rear motor contributing 230kW and 360Nm. The quoted 0-100km/h time of 3.8 seconds gives this performance version a clear focus on rapid acceleration, while the fixed-ratio transmission keeps the power delivery straightforward. A 150kW DC fast-charging capability also suits longer-distance use between charging stops.

A 2,920mm wheelbase supports a five-seat layout with useful room for family travel, and the rear-seat photos show a properly usable second row rather than a token space. Luggage flexibility comes from a 400-litre boot complemented by a 50-litre front compartment, giving owners two separate storage areas for everyday items and travel bags.

The safety specification is comprehensive for daily driving, with ABS, electronic brake-force distribution, brake assist, traction control and stability control. Occupant protection includes front, front-side, rear-side and curtain airbags, together with a front-centre airbag and child-seat mounting points. Driver assistance adds blind-spot monitoring, lane keeping and centring, adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, rear cross-traffic warning and a 360-degree camera view.

As a pure-electric saloon, the Seal 580km 四驅性能版 is designed for charging-based daily use rather than petrol refuelling. Its 82.56kWh battery is quoted at 520km under WLTC and 580km under NEDC, while the heat-pump air-conditioning system supports energy-conscious climate control. The 150kW fast-charging rate gives owners a practical option when time matters.
