On 29 July, iCAUR officially opened its new flagship showroom on Wang Kwun Road in Kowloon Bay, offering customers a more comprehensive and comfortable retail experience.
Alongside the display of the popular V23 in a new purple exterior finish, the distributor also revealed further details of the upcoming V27. The new model will be available in both rear-wheel drive (RWD) and four-wheel drive (4WD) variants, priced at HK$330,000 and HK$360,000, respectively.

Although positioned as iCAUR's entry-level model, the V23 stands out with its integrated all-aluminium body structure. Unlike a conventional welded body, the construction uses large aluminium sections to enhance structural rigidity. Similar technologies have also been adopted by premium manufacturers such as Tesla, Land Rover and McLaren.

Measuring 4,220 mm long, 1,915 mm wide and 1,845 mm tall, with a 2,735 mm wheelbase, the V23 offers generous cabin space, particularly for rear-seat passengers. Its boxy retro-inspired styling, combined with an outdoor-themed interior, is expected to be one of its biggest attractions.

The V23 is available in Standard and Sport trims. Both feature power-adjustable seats, a 15.4-inch central touchscreen powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chipset, a 540-degree surround-view camera system, and a comprehensive suite of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). The Sport model adds a wider choice of exterior colours and larger 21-inch alloy wheels.

The Standard model is powered by a 136 PS rear-mounted single electric motor paired with a 59.9 kWh battery, delivering a 360 km NEDC driving range. The Sport variant features a 211 PS dual-motor four-wheel-drive system with an 81.8 kWh battery, extending the NEDC range to 430 km. DC fast charging from 20% to 80% takes 36 minutes for the Standard model and 42 minutes for the Sport version. Both variants also support vehicle-to-load (V2L) functionality.
The upcoming V27 immediately catches the eye with its rugged styling, drawing clear inspiration from the Defender. It measures 5,055 mm in length, 1,976 mm in width and 1,894 mm in height, with a 2,910 mm wheelbase, providing a spacious cabin. In addition, the V27 features 51 storage compartments throughout the cabin, while luggage capacity can be expanded to 1,818 litres, making it highly practical for everyday use and longer journeys.

Power comes from a 1.5-litre range-extender electric system. The four-wheel-drive version features dual electric motors producing a combined 455 PS and 505 Nm of torque. Equipped with a 34.3 kWh CATL lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, the V27 supports V2L functionality and offers a CLTC pure electric range of up to 210 km (RWD) or 200 km (4WD). Total combined driving range exceeds 1,200 km.

The V27 is built on iCAUR's i-SWIFT 2.0 platform. Higher-spec models are equipped with MRC (Magnetic Ride Control) adaptive suspension to balance ride comfort with handling stability.
Combined with the i-AWD four-wheel-drive system, three-motor decoupling control technology, and 8+X all-terrain driving modes, the V27 is designed to deliver capable off-road performance. It offers a 600 mm wading depth, a 24.5-degree approach angle, and 220 mm of minimum ground clearance, allowing it to tackle light off-road trails and rough roads with confidence.
