Mugen details new upgrade parts catalogue for the refreshed Honda Fit hatchback

Mugen has officially expanded its dedicated aftermarket components lineup for the newly refreshed Honda Fit (Jazz in Hong Kong), introducing a comprehensive suite of purpose-built upgrade parts.

Developed under the core design philosophy of "LIFE IS SPORTS", the new component matrix aims to inject a distinctly athletic character into daily motoring. The collection spans exterior aerodynamic enhancements, mechanical performance upgrades, and practical lifestyle accessories, all engineered to elevate the vehicle's tactile quality and overall driving dynamics.

On the aesthetic and aerodynamic front, Mugen has released a series of pre-painted exterior components to carve out a sharper, more aggressive sports stance. The core aero kit comprises a front under spoiler (priced at JPY 82,500), side spoiler skirts (JPY 79,200), and a rear under spoiler (JPY 115,500), working in tandem to accentuate its performance orientation.

Supplementing the body kit, a selection of premium carbon-fibre accents has been introduced to enrich the vehicle's exterior depth and athletic aura. These include a carbon-fibre tailgate garnish priced at JPY 99,000 and matching carbon-fibre door mirror covers at JPY 66,000, both serving to deliver a lightweight, high-end technical appearance.

The mechanical upgrade matrix is equally robust, headlined by a set of 17-inch MDE aluminium alloy wheels designed to offer an optimal balance between low unsprung weight and high torsional rigidity, priced at JPY 59,400 per wheel. For a more evocative acoustic signature, owners can opt for the dedicated sports silencer exhaust system at JPY 165,000, which has been calibrated to optimise exhaust gas scavenging efficiency while maintaining an understated, refined exhaust note.

Specifically for the Fit e:HEV hybrid variant, Mugen has newly developed its exclusive performance dampers priced at JPY 143,000. These optimise body stability and ride quality, perfectly upholding the brand's signature performance tuning heritage.

Beyond core tuning components, the new collection also encompasses a wide array of practical in-car accessories. These include dedicated rain visors that block external wind and improve cabin ventilation (priced at JPY 27,500); sports floor mats (priced between JPY 30,800 and JPY 31,900) and sports boot liners (priced between JPY 15,400 and JPY 19,800); and practical add-ons such as water-repellent LED wing mirrors (priced at JPY 50,600) and door sill scuff plates (priced at JPY 15,400).
