Denza Z electric supercar launches at 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed with prices starting from £142,900

The 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed has grandly taken place, where the high-end, Chinese-developed intelligent electric supercar, the Denza Z, was officially launched alongside the unveiling of its pricing. The new model is offered in three variants: the Coupe hardtop version is priced at £142,900 (approximately HK$1,303,100); the Spider convertible variant costs £159,900 (approximately HK$1,457,800); and the Racing track-focused edition is priced at £172,900 (approximately HK$1,576,400). The new vehicle integrates multiple in-house developed, top-tier technologies, showcasing highly impressive hardware capabilities.

The Denza Z adopts the brand's new "Pure Emotion" design philosophy. The overall body lines are sleek and fluid, giving the supercar a highly dynamic appearance. The front end features a Quantum Pulse grille, paired with sharp, flowing character lines along the flanks, perfectly combining aerodynamic efficiency with striking aesthetic design.

The headlights boast a unique and imposing design, while multiple professional aerodynamic components are fitted across the body to effectively optimise drag performance. The uniquely styled rear light clusters are highly distinctive and recognisable, further accentuating the vehicle's premium build quality.

The interior follows Denza's signature family design language, featuring a large floating central touchscreen and a digital instrument cluster to deliver a minimalist, tech-focused visual experience. Meanwhile, the interior retains physical buttons for operational convenience and comes equipped with wireless smartphone charging, making it highly practical for daily use.

The new model is equipped with a fully in-house developed steer-by-wire system, completely eliminating traditional mechanical steering columns. This completely redefines conventional steering logic and significantly improves handling precision. In addition, the vehicle is fitted with advanced automotive technologies, including the DiSus-M system, a full steer-by-wire chassis, and the e³ platform.

In terms of performance, the Denza Z delivers a combined output of up to 1,604 PS and a peak torque of 1,240 Nm. It achieves a 0-100 km/h sprint in just 1.96 seconds, with a top speed reaching 350 km/h, positioning it directly alongside the world's finest pure-electric supercars.
