BYD, China's leading new energy vehicle (NEV) manufacturer, recently disclosed its sales performance for June and the first half of 2026. The group's overall sales maintained a steady upward trajectory, anchored by exceptional growth in overseas markets that underscores the brand's accelerating global competitiveness.

Official data shows that BYD achieved total sales of 403,472 units in June, with passenger vehicles accounting for 397,292 units. Demonstrating strong international momentum, overseas sales—including pickup trucks—reached 174,897 units last month, highlighting the successful execution of the group's global expansion strategy.

Across its brand portfolio, BYD recorded consistent volume across all market segments. The mainstream Dynasty and Ocean series combined for 340,863 units. Meanwhile, the premium off-road marque Fangchengbao delivered 35,607 units, the luxury Denza brand achieved 20,352 units, and the ultra-luxury Yangwang brand recorded 470 units.

Cumulatively, BYD's NEV sales have now surpassed the 16.9 million unit milestone, solidifying its dominant industry position. For the first half of 2026, BYD Group posted cumulative sales of 1,808,511 units. This total includes 789,367 overseas passenger car and pickup truck deliveries, confirming that international markets have become a primary engine for the brand's ongoing volume growth.
