The 2026 BYD Song L06 DM-i is now available for sale in mainland China, with four trim levels offered. Official prices range from RMB 129,900 to RMB 159,900, making it a highly competitive family hybrid SUV in its segment.

The new model retains BYD's signature family design language and introduces a new Liuman Silver exterior finish. Inside, the cabin offers a Twilight Blue interior option, delivering a significant upgrade in visual quality. Interior features have been comprehensively enhanced, including memory settings for front seats, front seat massage functionality, and an extended front passenger leg rest, ensuring greater comfort on long journeys and reducing driver and passenger fatigue. Additionally, a new intelligent fragrance system has been added to optimize the in-cabin ambiance and elevate the overall driving experience.

In terms of intelligent driving, the vehicle offers an optional "Sky Eye B Laser Assisted Driving" version, powered by the DiPilot 300 intelligent assistance system. It supports a wide range of intelligent driving assistance scenarios, including urban pilot, highway and expressway pilot, traffic light recognition with real-time countdown, intersection negotiation driving, and automatic roundabout traversal, covering the vast majority of daily driving conditions.

The smart cockpit has been upgraded to the high-end DiLink 150 version, featuring a new interface design and a deeply customized version of Amap (Gaode Map). This results in smoother human-vehicle interaction and more intuitive controls, delivering a smarter and more convenient driving and riding experience.
Power and range are key highlights of this facelift. The new model is equipped with BYD's fifth-generation DM hybrid technology, offering a maximum pure electric range of up to 310 kilometers, allowing for fully electric operation during short daily commutes. Even under low-battery conditions, fuel consumption drops to as low as 3.3 liters per 100 kilometers. With a full tank and full battery, the combined maximum range extends to 1,845 kilometers, effectively eliminating range anxiety and making it suitable for both daily commuting and long-distance self-driving trips.

Regarding chassis and ride comfort, the new vehicle is equipped with the Cloud Suspension-C intelligent damping body control system and features a new road surface preview function. This system can detect speed bumps, manhole covers, and other road conditions in advance, automatically adjusting the chassis suspension damping to filter out road vibrations. The manufacturer has also introduced an anti-motion sickness mode, optimizing the interaction between the chassis, cabin environment, and power output. This significantly reduces dizziness caused by acceleration, deceleration, and cornering, making the vehicle particularly friendly for long-distance travel and especially suitable for children and the elderly.
Safety features are equally comprehensive. The new model includes a high-speed blowout stability system. At speeds up to 140 km/h, if a tire blowout occurs, the system responds within milliseconds to stabilize the vehicle's trajectory, significantly reducing safety risks during high-speed driving and providing reliable protection for all occupants.
