The 30th Greater Bay Area Auto Show officially opened on May 29, 2026. Volvo's two all-new electric vehicles, ES90 and EX90, went on sale at the exhibition. The ES90 is priced between 389,900 and 459,900 Yuan, while the EX90 ranges from 459,900 to 529,900 Yuan.

Volvo ES90
In terms of exterior design, the new ES90 adopts Volvo's latest family design language, featuring smooth and dynamic body lines. The front features a closed grille, exuding a strong electric vehicle presence, complemented by the iconic Thor's Hammer matrix headlights, ensuring high recognizability.

The side profile of the car is sleek and well-proportioned, with crisp and three-dimensional character lines creating a strong sense of motion. The new car measures 5000x1942x1547mm, with a wheelbase of 3102mm, offering spacious interior room. The body is equipped with newly designed door handles, along with large multi-spoke wheels, combining premium quality with a sporty feel.

The rear follows a minimalist, premium aesthetic, featuring C-shaped taillights with multi-layered light bars that create a striking effect when illuminated. A subtle upward-curved small rear spoiler at the roofline further enhances the vehicle's dynamic character.

Regarding power and performance, the ES90 offers both single-motor and dual-motor versions, marking it as Volvo's first model to feature an 800V high-voltage platform. Key components including the battery, electric drive, inverter, charging system, and thermal management system have been comprehensively upgraded, making it the fastest-charging and longest-range vehicle in the brand's history.

The new car boasts impressive charging performance. The new battery management system supports fast charging from 10% to 80% in just 20 minutes, with a maximum charging power of 350kW. A single charge provides a range of over 700km, making it suitable for both daily commuting and cross-border long-distance travel.
Volvo EX90
The EX90 presents a futuristic design, featuring a closed front grille similar to the ES90, with sharper and more refined Thor's Hammer headlights. Vertical LED daytime running lights on both sides of the front bumper, combined with active grille air intakes, create a strong technological atmosphere.

The side of the body adopts a yacht-inspired design concept, paired with hidden door handles, achieving an ultra-low drag coefficient of 0.29Cd, significantly improving driving efficiency. The vehicle dimensions are 5037x1964x1742mm, with a wheelbase of 2985mm.


The rear design is distinctive, equipped with semi-covered taillights and vertical LED light clusters on both sides of the rear windshield, ensuring extremely high visibility at night with a unique styling.



In terms of power configuration, the EX90 comes standard with dual-motor all-wheel drive across all trims, divided into low-power and high-power versions. The low-power version features front and rear motors with maximum powers of 173kW and 127kW respectively, while the high-power version offers front and rear motors with maximum powers of 180kW and 200kW respectively.
