New Body Colors and Enhanced Features: Updated Shangjie H5 Debuts at the Greater Bay Area Auto Show

The updated Shangjie H5 has made its debut at the current Greater Bay Area Auto Show. Pre-sales for the new vehicle opened on May 28, with a starting pre-sale price of 169,800 RMB. This model corresponds to the S6 EV sold in Hong Kong and overseas markets; it remains uncertain whether the S6 EV will undergo a similar refresh.

This refreshed Shangjie H5 features comprehensive enhancements, including the addition of two new exterior colors: Wilderness Green and Fruity Red. These two exclusive new color options are available for complimentary selection during the current pre-order period, representing a value of 3,000 RMB.

Upgraded interior quality is also a highlight of the new vehicle. The entire cabin now features microfiber suede headliners, while seat shapes and stitching craftsmanship have been refined, significantly elevating both elegance and luxury appeal.

Comfort-oriented seating features have undergone major improvements. The new model adds an 8-point massage function for both front seats. The driver's seat is upgraded to 12-way power adjustment, and the front passenger seat to 14-way power adjustment, allowing for more precise posture customization.

The front passenger seat is even more comprehensively equipped, supporting voice-controlled recline and retraction functions, as well as dedicated physical buttons for one-touch operation, ensuring maximum convenience. The rear seats now feature three-level ventilation and heating functions, also controllable via physical buttons, enhancing comfort for all passengers in both rows.

Intelligent and audio-visual features have seen significant upgrades. The new vehicle is equipped with an all-new W-HUD head-up display system, which includes turn-assist imagery to improve driving safety. It also features a 15.6-inch dynamic center control screen that supports four-way adjustment, operable via both touch controls and voice commands for flexible and practical use.
Additionally, all trims come standard with 10 ambient light zones offering 256 color options, further enhancing the cabin atmosphere and luxury feel.

The manufacturer has also launched limited-time pre-sale promotions. In addition to the complimentary upgrade to the new colors, paying a 1,000 RMB reservation deposit can be offset by 2,000 RMB against the final vehicle payment. Customers will also receive a complimentary Comfort Package valued at 8,000 RMB, which includes the front passenger near-zero-gravity seat, front seat massage, and rear seat ventilation and heating features, offering exceptional value for money.
