Aion ES 442km Standard 嘅主動安全配備包括 ABS 防鎖死煞車、制動力分配、煞車輔助、循跡控制同車身穩定控制，亦有胎壓監測。被動安全方面，配備駕駛席及前乘客安全氣袋、兒童安全座椅接口，以及前排安全帶未繫提示。泊車輔助有後泊車雷達同倒車影像，但冇前泊車雷達。其他有助日常駕駛安全嘅設備包括電子手掣、自動駐車、自動開關頭燈、雨量感應水撥同自動防眩目內後視鏡。巡航功能屬定速巡航，資料冇列出主動式巡航或其他進階駕駛輔助系統。
The Aion ES 442km Standard covers the main safety essentials: ABS, electronic brake-force distribution, brake assist, traction control and electronic stability control. Passive protection includes driver and front-passenger airbags, child-seat mounting points and a seat-belt reminder for the front row. Parking support consists of rear sensors and a reversing camera; front parking sensors are not fitted. It also has tyre-pressure monitoring, automatic headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, an auto-dimming rear-view mirror, electronic parking brake and auto hold. The listed cruise-control system is standard fixed-speed cruise control rather than an adaptive system.
