騰勢 B5 combines a 4.8-second sprint with a feature-rich five-seat cabin

At almost 4.9 metres long, 1.97 metres wide and 1.88 metres tall, the 騰勢 B5 has substantial road presence. Its upright nose, tall roof and square-set profile give it a purposeful SUV character rather than a road-focused crossover look.

The cabin puts comfort and technology at the centre of the experience. A 12.3-inch digital instrument display, 15.6-inch centre screen and head-up display present key information across three viewing areas. Leather upholstery, electrically adjustable front seats and heating, ventilation and massage functions add useful comfort, while rear passengers also receive adjustable backrests, heating, ventilation and dedicated air vents. Zoned voice control, remote climate operation, 50W wireless phone charging and an in-car refrigerator round out a particularly extensive convenience package.

The official 4.8-second 0–100km/h time makes straight-line acceleration a central part of the car’s appeal. Its plug-in charging setup supports 100kW DC charging and 11kW AC charging, giving owners practical options for public charging and regular overnight replenishment.

A 2,800mm wheelbase and 1,880mm body height create a substantial cabin envelope for five occupants. The five-seat format keeps the interior focused on everyday passenger use, making it well suited to families that value two-row accommodation over an extra seating row.

The safety package is broad on both the active and passive sides. Stability and traction control work alongside ABS, brake assist and tyre-pressure monitoring, while the airbag arrangement includes front, first- and second-row side airbags, curtain airbags and a front centre airbag. Lane-keeping assistance, active braking and front cross-traffic braking add support in common road and junction scenarios.

The plug-in hybrid system is rated for 100km of pure-electric travel on the NEDC cycle. This gives owners the option of using battery power for shorter journeys when the car is regularly charged, while the hybrid layout retains petrol assistance for longer routes.
