The 4,616mm-long SUV has a balanced compact profile, while the 1,845mm width and 1,616mm height give it a planted road presence. The M Sport Edition is visually supported by 19-inch alloy wheels, roof rails and a panoramic glass roof.

The cabin combines a leather steering wheel, sports seats, a full digital instrument display and a 10.7-inch centre screen. Electric adjustment for both front seats, driver-seat memory and dual-zone automatic climate control give the front occupants a well-equipped daily environment, while rear air vents and centre armrests add convenience for passengers.

The front-mounted single motor produces 152kW and 250Nm, with a quoted 0-100km/h time of 8.6 seconds. This gives the iX1 a measured performance profile suited to urban and motorway duties, while the 130kW DC charging capability supports practical use on longer journeys.

The five-seat layout and 2,802mm wheelbase create a practical family-oriented cabin. The luggage compartment offers 490 litres for everyday loading and expands to 1,600 litres with the split-folding rear seats, giving the iX1 useful flexibility for shopping, luggage and weekend trips.

The safety package brings ABS, brake-force distribution, brake assist, traction control and stability control together with front, side and curtain airbags. Lane-keeping assistance, active braking and front cross-traffic braking add meaningful support in busy urban traffic, while the L2 Driving Assistant Plus package, blind-spot monitoring and 360-degree imaging strengthen parking and motorway usability.

As a pure-electric SUV, the iX1 is suited to drivers who can integrate regular charging into their routine. Its electric powertrain is naturally aligned with quiet, emissions-free local driving and home or public charging use.
