Strictly Prohibit Driving Heavily Modified MTM High-Performance Vehicles at Extreme Speeds on Public Roads Without Legal Modification Approvals or Track Permits:

Vehicles thoroughly modified by MTM typically deliver ferocious acceleration and high top speeds. Performing high-speed runs or aggressive launch control starts on open public roads, in congested traffic, or on non-enclosed routes without safety barriers is strictly prohibited. Doing so not only breaches traffic regulations but also easily exceeds the reaction limits of average drivers, risking catastrophic and fatal road accidents.
