Li Auto Officially Enters UAE and Saudi Arabia, Accelerates Global Expansion

Li Auto has signed cooperation agreements with Al Fahim Motors in the UAE and Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors in Saudi Arabia, marking the official entry of its Li L series into the Middle East market. Both partners are long‑established luxury distributors in the region, with Al Fahim carrying brands like Ferrari and Maserati. The Li L series, known for its range‑extended technology, spacious interiors and smart cockpit, is well positioned to meet the needs of large Middle Eastern families.

Beyond the Middle East, Li Auto has also announced market entry plans for Macau, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar. In Macau, a right‑hand‑drive market, Li Auto will make its debut via Hongyue Group — an important milestone that signals the brand‘s long‑term commitment to RHD markets. Across the five markets, launches are scheduled to begin from May.

Meanwhile, Li Auto has confirmed its participation in the 2026 Paris Motor Show, its debut at a major European auto exhibition. Europe has been designated as the company’s next core target market. Unlike some rivals, Li Auto is taking a measured approach to globalisation, prioritising full‑service ecosystem development — including channel networks, after‑sales support, local logistics and parts storage — over short‑term sales.

The company also plans to establish a central parts warehouse in the Middle East and optimise vehicle hardware for the region’s high‑temperature, dusty conditions. For Hong Kong consumers, Li Auto’s entry into the Macau RHD market opens new possibilities, and points to the brand’s broader Asia‑Pacific ambitions. With more markets on the horizon, including Europe, Li Auto is steadily building a truly global footprint.
