Tank has officially launched the all-new Tank 700, with three variants priced from RMB 428,000 to 508,000. A six‑gift launch package worth up to RMB 50,000 is also offered.

The Tank 700 features a large grille, round LED headlights, and a rugged bumper. Dimensions: length 5,090 mm, width 2,060 mm, height 1,952 mm, wheelbase 3,000 mm. Ground clearance is 230 mm, wading depth 900 mm. Four new colours: Mobei Gold, Xuedu White, Moyu Black, and Gebi Grey.

A 14.6‑inch floating screen, digital cluster, Nappa leather seats with heating, ventilation, and massage (front row), and optional rear‑seat entertainment screens create a premium cabin.

The Hi4‑Z system combines a 3.0T V6 engine with dual motors, delivering 385 kW (524 hp) and 850 Nm. 0‑100 km/h in 5.6 seconds. A 37 kWh battery provides 110 km of WLTC pure electric range and over 800 km total range. DC fast charging (30‑80% in 30 minutes) and 3.3 kW V2L are supported.

Three differential locks, low‑range transfer case, terrain modes, crawl control, and tank turn assist are standard. High trims add adaptive air suspension and CDC damping.

Standard L2+ ADAS includes adaptive cruise, lane centring, AEB, and auto parking. Higher trims add highway navigation assist and a 540° camera.

The Tank 700 competes with the BYD Yangwang U8, Mercedes‑Benz G‑Class, and Land Rover Defender 110 PHEV at a much lower price point, offering a compelling blend of off‑road capability, luxury, and hybrid efficiency. While not yet available in Hong Kong, it is worth watching for mainland‑frequent buyers. More details will follow.
