Haval has officially announced that the all-new Raptor PLUS will open pre-orders on April 18. The new model offers five-seat and seven-seat versions, features a plug-in hybrid system, and is equipped with LiDAR technology.

The Raptor PLUS retains the popular boxy design. The entire vehicle incorporates 37 rounded-edge transitions to optimise aerodynamics. A newly designed front grille, signature square headlights, and a roof integrated LiDAR define the front fascia. Dimensions: length 4,912 mm, width 1,950 mm, height 1,905 mm, wheelbase 2,850 mm. Ground clearance is 221 mm, with a wading depth of 580 mm.

The wheelbase has been extended by 112 mm, moving the Raptor PLUS from compact to mid size SUV territory. For the first time, the Raptor series offers both five seat and seven seat layouts. The seven seat version features a 2+3+2 configuration with a third row adjustable to 28 degrees.

The Raptor PLUS features a new three spoke steering wheel with enhanced button functions. A full LCD instrument cluster, HUD, and floating centre screen are retained, with physical buttons below the screen and a column shift gear selector.
The roof integrated LiDAR enables advanced driver assistance, including highway navigation assist, city navigation assist, and auto parking. This marks the first LiDAR system in the Raptor series.

The Raptor PLUS is powered by the Hi4 intelligent e hybrid system, combining a 1.5T engine with front and rear motors. The engine delivers 115 kW, with combined system output of 330 kW and 660 Nm of torque. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes just 5.8 seconds.
Three battery capacities are available: 23.7 kWh, 33.7 kWh, and 44.7 kWh. WLTC pure electric range reaches up to 191 km, while CLTC range reaches up to 255 km. Total combined range exceeds 1,000 km.

Ground clearance of 221 mm and wading depth of 580 mm are complemented by a rear electronically controlled mechanical differential lock, crawl mode, and steering assist.
The Raptor PLUS delivers a precise and comprehensive upgrade: a longer wheelbase for more space, five seat and seven seat layouts for family needs, LiDAR for advanced ADAS, and the Hi4 system for strong performance and long range. Pre orders open on April 18, with the official launch scheduled for the second quarter of 2026.
