The BYD M9 1.5T 80km Upgrade is equipped with a broad safety package. Core driving aids include Level 2 assistance, full-speed adaptive cruise control, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping and lane-centring assistance, blind-spot monitoring, road-sign recognition, forward-collision warning and autonomous emergency braking. It also provides front and rear collision alerts, front cross-traffic warning and braking, rear cross-traffic alert, door-opening warning, front and rear parking sensors, plus a 360-degree camera. Standard vehicle-control systems cover ABS, brake-force distribution, brake assist, traction control and electronic stability control, together with hill-start assist, hill-descent control, auto hold and rollover mitigation.
