On May 28, the new Geely Xingyuan went on sale, with 6 models available. The limited-time offer price at launch ranges from 61,800 to 91,800 yuan. The new models upgrade the range to three selectable options: CLTC 310km, 410km, and 480km. The 410km version retains the option to choose the 310km range, with a 7,000 yuan price reduction after users choose the option. Users who place a large deposit and lock the order between now and June 30 can enjoy a 3,000 yuan super trade-in allowance and other ten major car buying gifts.
For this facelift, the new Geely Xingyuan has achieved over 100 product capability upgrades, covering five dimensions: driving control, three-electric system, smart cockpit, assisted driving, and safety. The new car is built on Geely's first global native architecture and is the only pure electric car in its class with standard rear-wheel drive independent suspension and global tuning. In terms of handling, the new Xingyuan is equipped with G-TCS 2.0 all-weather anti-slip system, which reduces skidding, tail wagging, and rolling on flat roads, slopes, and corners; the new brushless steering system has doubled response speed, supports three steering modes and self-learning of steering center; G-CST 2.0 all-scenario comfort braking system can simulate experienced driver's foot feeling, reducing brake dive and motion sickness. The vehicle successfully passed the Fishhook Test at a speed of 130km/h, and completed the Moose Test at 80.7km/h. The handling performance is quite outstanding among vehicles in the same class.
At the core three-electric system, the new Xingyuan comes standard with CATL cells, liquid cooling temperature control system, and 11-in-1 highly integrated electric drive. Exclusive CATL new generation cells reach an energy density of 190 Wh/kg, with a maximum range of 480km. Coordinated with the class-exclusive active front grille and low-drag wheels, aerodynamic drag is reduced by 15 counts, adding an extra 10km to the actual range. In terms of energy replenishment efficiency, charging the vehicle from 30% to 80% via fast charging takes 19 minutes. The liquid cooling system and the new BMS battery management system ensure stable charging speed in high and low temperature environments. The new car is equipped with the Starwise AI Cloud Power 2.0 system, achieving full-link energy management, featuring intelligent charge/discharge, off-peak electricity price recognition, battery temperature maintenance, energy consumption diagnosis, and maintenance functions.
Regarding the smart cockpit, the new Xingyuan is equipped with the Galaxy Flyme Auto 2 system, based on a 7-nanometer automotive-grade Longying No. 1 chip and 16G+128G storage, running smoothly. The AI voice assistant Eva supports fuzzy command understanding and context memory, capable of completing car control, Q&A, entertainment, etc., and can invoke Gaode Maps v8.50 navigation to automatically plan routes. The infotainment system adds support for CarPlay mobile phone interconnection, covering iOS devices with seamless connection. Local common apps and over 200 cloud apps are available to choose from. The cockpit also provides scenario functions such as invisibility mode, car wash mode, one-key car finding, etc., and supports personalized custom assistants.
The new car is also equipped with the Qianli Haohan H3 solution, which shares the same source as high-end models. The system has accumulated 1.38 billion kilometers of safe driving. Relying on the G-ASD intelligent driving underlying system and the Starwise AI large model, it supports highway and elevated road NOA assisted driving, unrestricted by roads and rainy/foggy weather, with capabilities for voice lane changing, multi-scenario avoidance, and automatic on/off ramps; the full-scenario takeover mileage exceeds 200km, equivalent to needing a takeover once every 3 hours of continuous driving. The new car is also equipped with APA parking assistance supporting one-key parking, fingertip parking, and remote parking, covering over 300 parking scenarios; HPA memory parking can record ultra-long routes of 2 kilometers, automatically parking for the whole route after one learning session, featuring intelligent following, autonomous space finding, and obstacle avoidance functions. DMS active fatigue detection can remind the driver in time, and Sentinel Mode guards parking safety 24 hours a day.
Although it is a compact car, the new Xingyuan has not compromised on safety, adopting a five-vertical eight-horizontal Star Armor Cage Body Structure. The front end uses three force transmission paths coordinated with a double "clover" force relief structure. The side spacing from battery to sill is 149mm with added double anti-collision beams. The rear 750mm long overhang and double "well-shaped" rear subframe form a solid barrier. The roof pressure resistance strength has increased to 3.4 times the vehicle weight, with upgraded materials in core areas such as A-pillars and roof beams. The new car's battery verification standard is twice the national standard, and battery capacity remains at 90.72% after 1000 cycles. The new car also adopts BDMU high-voltage device deep integration technology, integrating BMS and BDU into one, reducing interfaces to lower the risk of sealing failure. On May 12, the vehicle completed the class-exclusive frontal and side continuous crash test. The high-voltage system powered down in time, the battery pack did not smoke or catch fire, the passenger compartment structure remained intact, airbags triggered precisely, and doors on the non-collision side opened normally. Regarding active safety, it is equipped with direct tire pressure display, DOW door opening warning, Sentinel Mode, AEB active braking, and AES emergency steering, successfully passing the 120km/h static vehicle stop test and the 130km/h "vanishing front vehicle" active avoidance test.
Since its launch in October 2024, Geely Xingyuan cumulative deliveries have exceeded 700,000 units. In 2025, it became the sales champion of all categories in the Chinese automotive market, and in Q1 2026, it ranked in the top three globally in new energy vehicle sales. Currently, the model has landed in over 30 countries and regions worldwide. In Brazil, sales exceeded 2,300 units within two months of launch, and at the Thailand Motor Show, weekly orders reached 3,300 units.
