From now on, please call this young person "Secretary Han". Post-80s Han Dehong takes over; the SAIC-GM-Wuling Party Secretary is a 44-year-old young man.

To be precise, Han Dehong, born in 1982, succeeds Yao Zuoping as the Party Secretary of SAIC-GM-Wuling. Han Dehong, who still serves as Deputy General Manager of SAIC-GM-Wuling, succeeds Yao Zuoping, who transfers to General Manager Consultant due to age reasons. The 62-year-old Yao Zuoping will no longer undertake daily operational management work.

Qi Shi Auto-First talent think tank shows that Han Dehong joined SAIC-GM-Wuling in 2005, possessing over 20 years of industry experience, representing an executive who grew from the grassroots of the company. He has served in overseas markets such as India and Indonesia for many years, accumulating rich internationalized operational experience.

Han Dehong has previously served as Deputy General Manager of SAIC-GM-Wuling Sales Company, New Baojun Brand Communication Director, and Deputy General Manager of Indonesia Automotive Co., Ltd., among other positions.

In June 2016, Han Dehong was promoted to Deputy General Manager of SAIC-GM-Wuling Sales Company.

In 2019, with the launch of the New Baojun brand, he served as Deputy General Manager of New Baojun Sales Company and concurrently as New Baojun Brand Communication Director. During this period, he led and established the "Pioneer of Intelligent Vehicles" brand positioning for New Baojun, promoting the brand's transformation towards intelligence and youthfulness.

In February 2021, Han Dehong went abroad again for duty, transferred to Assistant General Manager of SAIC-GM-Wuling Indonesia Branch, and later promoted to Deputy General Manager of SAIC-GM-Wuling Indonesia Automotive Co., Ltd., responsible for the expansion and operation of the Indonesian market, further solidifying his management capabilities in the Southeast Asian market. After finishing his overseas term and returning to headquarters, Han Dehong served as Deputy Party Secretary and Assistant General Manager of SAIC-GM-Wuling.

Since September 2024, he began to appear publicly as Deputy General Manager of SAIC-GM-Wuling, entering the company's core management team.

In September 2026, he succeeded Yao Zuoping as the Company Party Secretary. During his tenure, he actively promoted the company's "One-Two-Five" project, helping the enterprise transform and develop in the fields of new energy, intelligence, and globalization.

SAIC-GM-Wuling's current corporate fundamentals remain stable. Global sales in August reached 130,900 units, and cumulative overseas sales exceeded 1.6 million units. Sales of the Huajing S under the brand continued to rise after its launch. Deliveries in August exceeded 7,300 units, and cumulative deliveries have surpassed 25,000 units, becoming the core model for brand elevation.
