Xpeng Tops Sales of Chinese New Force Pure Electric Brands in 5 Overseas Countries, Q2 Overseas Sales Break 20,000 Units

[CNMO Tech News] Recently, data organized by "EV Overseas" shows that Xpeng tops the sales charts for Chinese new force pure electric brands in 5 overseas countries. According to CNMO Tech, Xpeng Automotive's overseas sales in the second quarter of 2026 exceeded 20,000 units for the first time, an 81% year-on-year increase; in the first half of this year, its overseas business revenue reached 8.23 billion yuan, a 62.2% year-on-year increase, accounting for over 25% of the group's total revenue.

From specific markets, Xpeng has topped the sales charts for Chinese new force pure electric brands in five countries: France, Norway, Israel, Denmark, and Portugal. Among them, Q2 sales were 2,138 in France, 1,791 in Norway, 1,733 in Israel, 1,625 in Denmark, and 617 in Portugal. As of the end of August, Xpeng's global footprint covers 79 countries and regions, with over 500 overseas stores, and over 3 million charging piles globally.

In terms of models, multiple points also bloomed. Xpeng G6 ranked first in sales for Chinese brands in the pure electric mid-size SUV market in 7 countries including France, Israel, Denmark, and Germany, with France sales reaching 3,333 units from January to July; G9 topped the full brand sales in the mid-to-large pure electric SUV market in 4 countries: Norway, Denmark, Portugal, and Israel, even defeating traditional luxury brands like Volvo and Audi; X9 also secured the top spot in the Southeast Asian high-end pure electric MPV market, including Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, etc.

Looking to the future, Xpeng's overseas offensive is still accelerating. In July, MONA L03 was unveiled globally at Munich, Germany, expected to start overseas deliveries in the fourth quarter, potentially driving the group's overseas quarterly sales to exceed 40,000 units. In 2027, Xpeng Group also plans to launch several range-extended models overseas.
