MCXtrema 嘅乾重只有約 1,300 kg。輕量化主要來自碳纖維單體殼底盤（Monocoque），配合全碳纖維車身外殼、聚碳酸酯擋風玻璃同側窗。車身長 5,199 mm、闊 2,045 mm，比 MC20 更長更低趴。
The MCXtrema has a dry weight of just 1,300 kg. The weight saving is primarily due to the carbon fibre monocoque chassis, combined with a full carbon fibre body shell, polycarbonate windscreen and side windows. It measures 5,199 mm in length and 2,045 mm in width – longer and lower than the MC20.
