Nissan Serena e-POWER 配備 Nissan Intelligent Mobility 全方位安全系統。主動安全功能包括 IEBS 預警式自動煞車（偵測車輛、行人同單車）、BSI 盲點輔助、LDP 車道偏離警告、RCTA 後方橫向障礙警示，仲有智能電子後視鏡。高階版仲有 ICC 智慧型定速巡航。要注意 Serena 無 Lane Keep Assist（車道維持輔助），ICC 只可以跟車速同距離，唔會自動置中。
The Nissan Serena e-POWER is equipped with the Nissan Intelligent Mobility comprehensive safety system. Active safety features include IEB predictive emergency braking (detecting vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists), BSI blind spot intervention, LDP lane departure warning, RCTA rear cross traffic alert, and an intelligent rearview mirror. Higher trims also feature ICC intelligent cruise control. Note that the Serena does not have Lane Keep Assist (LKA); ICC only controls speed and distance, not lane centering.
