What is the 5+2 seating layout of the Volkswagen Touran?

The Volkswagen Touran features a "5+2" seating arrangement (2+3+2 layout). The three second-row seats can be independently adjusted forward/backward to flexibly allocate legroom. The two rearmost seats can be folded flat when not needed, creating a large cargo area. The second-row seats also feature foldable trays and cup holders for children on long journeys.
