Grecale Folgore 電動版同汽油版嘅外觀有明顯分別。鬼面罩係專用設計，擾流器、門把手、窗框飾條同側裙都採用亮黑色處理。車側兩邊嘅傳統散熱孔變成了 LED 發光「鯊魚鰓」，係 Maserati 傳統設計嘅現代演繹。標準配備銅色徽標同銅色制動卡鉗，仲有專屬車身顏色「Rame Folgore（電光銅）」。
The Grecale Folgore has distinct exterior differences from the petrol versions. It features a dedicated grille design, with gloss black accents on the splitter, door handles, window trim, and side skirts. The traditional side vents have become illuminated LED "gills", a modern interpretation of a classic Maserati design cue. Standard features include copper-coloured badges and copper brake calipers, along with an exclusive colour option, "Rame Folgore".
