CLTC and WLTC are different laboratory test cycles. This Seal 06 PHEV is rated at 80 km under CLTC but 60 km under WLTC, a difference of 20 km. WLTC generally uses more demanding test conditions, so its figure is more conservative and usually a better reference for comparison. Neither figure guarantees real-world range, which will vary with speed, air-conditioning use, traffic, temperature and driving style.
