McLaren 750S 沿用 Monocage II 碳纖維單體殼底盤，但懸掛系統升級為第三代 PCC III 主動底盤控制聯動液壓懸掛。前彈簧調軟咗，後懸掛加硬，前軸跨距加闊 6 mm，配合更快嘅轉向比率，令入彎反應更敏捷。電動液壓轉向系統亦換上新輔助泵，提供更精準嘅路面反饋。
The McLaren 750S retains the Monocage II carbon fibre monocoque chassis, but the suspension is upgraded to the third-generation PCC III Proactive Chassis Control hydraulic suspension. The front springs are softened, the rear suspension is stiffened, the front track is widened by 6 mm, and a quicker steering ratio makes cornering more agile. The electro-hydraulic steering also features a new auxiliary pump for more precise feedback.
