Porsche 718 配備多個安全氣囊，包括全尺寸駕駛席及乘客席氣囊，以及保時捷側面撞擊保護系統（POSIP），每邊車門內有兩個氣囊（一個胸部氣囊喺座椅側，一個頭部氣囊喺門板內）。全車仲有 PSM 保時捷車身穩定系統，包含 ABS、ASR 同 ABD 等功能，確保激烈駕駛時嘅穩定性。
The Porsche 718 is equipped with multiple airbags, including full-size driver and front passenger airbags, as well as the Porsche Side Impact Protection System (POSIP) with two airbags on each side (one thorax airbag in the seat side bolster and one head airbag in the door panel). It also features PSM (Porsche Stability Management), which includes ABS, ASR, and ABD functions to ensure stability during spirited driving.
