MG3 嘅車廂設計簡約，雖然膠感較重但造工合格，中控台加入咗紅色飾線同仿碳纖維面板點綴。座椅採用布質面料，剪裁同承托力俱佳。後座空間係一大亮點，雖然軸距同 Mazda 2 一樣，但實際乘坐感更寬敞舒適，後座仲設有獨立冷氣出風口。
The MG3's cabin has a simple design. While there is noticeable use of hard plastics, the build quality is acceptable, with red accent lines and faux carbon fibre trim on the dashboard. The fabric seats offer good support. Rear seat space is a highlight; despite sharing the same wheelbase as the Mazda 2, it feels more spacious and comfortable, and it even has dedicated rear air vents.
