The MacPherson front and torsion beam rear suspension provides surprisingly good bump absorption and ride comfort. Slight drawbacks include light steering feel with limited feedback and noticeable road noise at higher speeds, which could be improved with upgraded tyres. Overall, as a practical electric vehicle, the Dong Feng VIGO performs very satisfactorily.
